Files are special images that are hidden in the game. They are scattered across the map as a collectible item, granting you the file upon death.

File 6 can be found at the old broken down car which used to house the gasoline. File 7 can be found at the surface level of the UMA Maze at the blood splatter, the old location of the wheel. Another file can simply be found in a bush next to the road. Yet another file can be found by traversing the invisible path at the rocks leading to Stalker Maze, following the path of the batteries which eventually leads to the file. There is also a file in the deep part of UMA Maze, at one of the dead ends. There is yet another file in the deep part of UMA Maze, behind where UMA first appears. It is required to lure UMA out of the maze and to go back inside to grab it.
